I find myself loving it when kids are a little silly and restless during a family photo session. I know it's not always how the parents expect their kids to act, but it truly is just part of being a kid...and my job is to capture that essence.
As a lifestyle family photographer, I will absolutely direct the shoot so you're not on your own for ideas, but for the most part, my goal is to bring out some genuine reactions & expressions to make the final images have an emotional impact.

I've been photographing this family ever since Mike and Mel were pregnant with their daughter. They have come to me for milestone photos for each of their kids, and then for family photos in between. It's been an absolute blessing and joy to watch these incredibly adorable children grow up in front of my lens, and an honor to capture them for their family to enjoy day after day.
